We are seeking Account/Project Managers to oversee creative resources, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless workflows for AI-driven video ad projects. Your mission is to coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver high-quality outputs on time, and act as a trusted partner to clients by providing proactive solutions and strategic recommendations.

This role requires strong organization, excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail, especially when reviewing and QAing submissions. You are highly dependable, require little supervision, and hold high standards when checking work. You are not just reactive to client requests but serve as a thought partner who knows how to ask the right questions, provide clarity, and strategically guide projects toward scalable success. You also know how to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

What You Do

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative video ad projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Engage as a proactive thought partner to clients, ensuring clarity and strategic recommendations rather than defaulting to reactive agreement
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all creative deliverables to ensure they meet platform specifications, brand guidelines, and performance expectations.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and production, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage client communication, serving as the primary point of contact for updates, concerns, and project alignment.
  • Allocate resources effectively, assigning the right talent to the right projects to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain well-organized project management tools and ticketing systems, keeping statuses consistently updated.
  • Implement and refine processes to improve workflow, reduce inefficiencies, and scale project delivery.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to ease workloads, accelerate production, and build scalable client solutions.
  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring clarity, accountability, and on-time delivery.

You Are

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in every project.
  • Experienced in account or project management within advertising, marketing, or creative industries, ideally with a focus on video and social-first content.
  • Skilled in client communication, able to build trust, set clear expectations, and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Strong in quality assurance, with high standards for reviewing and approving creative submissions.
  • A dependable leader who requires minimal supervision and manages multiple projects effectively.
  • Proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate both client and team needs.
  • Proficient with project and collaboration tools such as , Notion, Slack, , G-Suite, and Canva.
  • Knowledgeable about AI workflows and able to use them to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Strategic in approach, with the ability to spot opportunities to optimize resources, scale campaigns, and deliver more value to clients.
