Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support project-related requirements.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors and staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate / Two-Year Course Graduate (any applicable course).
  • Less than 1 year of work experience is acceptable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Temporary Employment (6 months)
