Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and responsible Project-in-Charge to oversee daily operations at our construction project site. The ideal candidate must possess a strong personality, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. This role involves full supervision of the site activities to ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met.

Location: Offshore Project, Dauis, Panglao, Bohol

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all phases of the project, particularly structural works, from mobilization to turnover
  • Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, clients, and the internal project team
  • Ensure that work is executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, schedule, and resource allocation
  • Identify potential issues and implement immediate solutions to avoid delays
  • Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
  • Conduct site inspections and provide daily/weekly progress reports
  • Lead, motivate, and discipline site personnel to ensure productivity and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer and Project-in-Charge, with a strong focus on structural works
  • Deep understanding of structural plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations
  • Knowledge of safety standards and construction quality assurance
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation tools
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
