About the Role

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Seasonal Healthcare Account in Mandaluyong City. Be part of a dynamic and customer-focused team that provides meaningful assistance and world-class service to clients in the healthcare industry.

Compensation and Benefits

Total Package: ₱30,000

  • ₱25,000 Basic Pay
  • ₱5,000 Project Completion Bonus (released after 1 month)
  • 10% Night Differential
  • Overtime Pay (as applicable)
  • Opportunity for extension or absorption after project completion

Work Details

Location: 10th Floor, Robinsons Cybergate Plaza, EDSA, Mandaluyong City

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Between 8:00 PM – 11:00 AM (Night Shift)

Time Zone: Client-based


Qualifications
  • At least a High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in any Customer Service account
  • Excellent English communication and customer handling skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules and holidays

Hiring Process
