As a Barista, you'll be the heart of our in-house café-crafting signature drinks, providing exceptional service, and creating an inviting space that keeps the energy flowing. From perfecting espresso shots to connecting with customers, your role adds flavor to every workday.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Experience:

• At least 1 year as a barista, café staff, or customer service representative preferred.
• Hands-on experience with espresso machines and brewing equipment is an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and menu customization.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and allergen awareness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused.
• Excellent time management and teamwork abilities.

Your Daily Tasks

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Deliver legendary customer service with a "customer-first" mindset.
• Anticipate employee needs and communicate effectively to maintain a welcoming environment.

Serving Standards:

• Provide consistent, high-quality service following company protocols.
• Maintain courteous professionalism and ensure proper presentation and temperature of all food and drinks.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly ingredient and supply inventory.
• Report shortages promptly and ensure proper stock rotation.

Cleanliness and Sanitation:

• Keep workstations organized and sanitized according to safety standards.
• Follow hygiene protocols and conduct daily cleaning routines.

Ingredient Quality Control:

• Check ingredient freshness and proper labelling.
• Ensure consistency in ingredient preparation and discard expired products safely.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Support a positive team environment and assist with training new staff.
• Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments.

Operational Excellence:

• Prepare beverages and food consistently according to standards.
• Follow all health, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
• Stay calm and professional during high-volume periods.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
