What You'll Do:

  • Lead and supervise daily layer farm operations to ensure flock health and maximum egg production.
  • Monitor farm efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor farm personnel to maximize team performance.
  • Maintain GAHP-compliant farm practices, accurate reports, and SAP data.
  • Analyze farm reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or related field (PRC license is a plus).
  • 2-3 years hands-on experience in layer farms, growing, or egg production.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a poultry environment (no poultry allergies).
  • Proficient in MS Office, GAHP practices, SAP, and farm report analysis.
  • Willing to stay-in at Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
