Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Job Summary:

The Educational Tutor will provide supplemental academic support and learning assistance to students both at the main office site and in home-based sessions, with all transportation-related costs covered by the company. The role focuses on reinforcing learning, assisting with homework or assignments, and helping students develop key skills in a flexible and supportive manner. The tutor will prepare practice materials, monitor student progress, and adapt teaching strategies to each learner's needs.

The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and skilled at explaining concepts clearly. This position ensures students receive high-quality learning support in a professional and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct supplemental tutoring sessions at the main office and at students' homes as scheduled.
  • Provide guidance and support on assignments, exercises, and practice materials to reinforce learning.
  • Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Prepare and organize learning materials tailored to each student's needs.
  • Ensure a safe, productive, and positive learning environment for all students.
  • Coordinate schedules with students, parents, and the office for on-site and home sessions.
  • Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Report session outcomes, attendance, and any student concerns to management.
  • Perform other tutoring-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Education, a relevant academic field, or strong subject knowledge.
  • Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or academic support is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to engage students of different ages and learning levels.
  • Reliable and punctual, especially for home-based sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prepare learning materials efficiently.
  • Professional, approachable, and committed to student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php1,500.00 per day
