We are seeking a dynamic Content Community Associate to join our team. This role blends content creation, social media management, and community engagement to foster a positive, inclusive, and active brand presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content-driven strategies and adept at cultivating strong relationships with online communities while maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content plans for TikTok livestreams, including BAU (business as usual) and campaign-specific initiatives.
  • Create engaging content such as short videos, graphics, and captions to resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and moderate community discussions to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and platform standards.
  • Respond to community inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a safe and supportive online environment, addressing issues such as spam, trolling, or conflicts.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with designers and other content creators to maintain cohesive messaging and brand identity.
  • Engage with TikTok community members through comments, user-generated content, and discussions outside the brand's account.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement, preferably on TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, platform dynamics, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Analytical skills to interpret community metrics and optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
