Overview:

We're seeking a Communications Manager to lead and oversee all content and communications efforts across ArenaPlus. This role ensures that every message—whether for awareness, engagement, user acquisition, or revenue generation—is consistent, impactful, and aligned with the brand's voice and audience.

Acting as the central link between departments, the Content Manager will manage and coordinate internal and external communications, drive cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints (digital, on-ground, and PR), and uphold ArenaPlus' messaging across campaigns and business units. This position requires strong editorial judgment, strategic thinking, and excellent collaboration skills to keep all communications unified and effective.

Key Responsibilities:1. Content Strategy & Alignment

  • Develop and oversee a unified content and communications strategy across all departments and platforms.
  • Ensure all messaging (online and offline) aligns with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Translate complex business objectives into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate communication.

2. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with all business units (Central, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Operations, etc.) to align key messaging and ensure consistency across campaigns.
  • Serve as the main communications point person between internal teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Streamline content review and approval processes to ensure clarity, timeliness, and impact.

3. Content Development & Oversight

  • Supervise the creation of content for social, digital, PR, and event channels, ensuring tone, message, and execution are on-brand.
  • Manage content calendars and integrated communication timelines across multiple teams.
  • Lead content performance reviews and translate insights into actionable improvements.

4. Brand Voice & Communication

  • Uphold a consistent tone and voice across all touchpoints.
  • Review and refine content materials for clarity, quality, and relevance.
  • Monitor trends and audience insights to optimize communication strategies and engagement.
