Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • With experience in the Individual Consumer and Financial Services Industry.
  • Management level experience in a Credit Operations role for at least 5-10 years.
  • Amenable to work on site.
  • Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create frameworks or procedures for managing account risks.
  • Evaluate risks appropriately when making business decisions, safeguarding the company's reputation, assets, clients, and customers.
  • Maintain high-quality credit evaluation processes by providing guidance, support, and adhering to internal policies.
  • Escalate, oversee, and report group control issues transparently.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for team members and senior stakeholders.
  • Operate with autonomy and independent judgment.
  • Perform additional relevant tasks as instructed by the immediate superior.
