Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Account Management, Compliance, and Market Analysis functions.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

  • Mentor managers and support staff development.
  • Provide operational guidance to HR, IT, Finance, and Project Management teams.

Qualifications

  • Senior management experience in high-growth or FinTech environments.
  • Proven track record in leadership and process improvement.
  • Experience in compliance-focused industries.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Philippines.
