We are searching for a FIELD ENGINEER to join our capable team of professionals. You will be task to monitor and ensure that everything works smoothly on site and the plan is being followed accordingly.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Checks work design and technical specifications if implemented correctly on site.
  • Monitors all the assigned activities and tasks being done on site.
  • Solve all the delay and problems related to work activities.
  • Interpret and execute plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor's work on proper execution and compliance to the Quality plan.
  • Provide the plan and all the details needed of the subcontractors and inform them for any changes made on site.
  • In-charge of the over-all technical and administrative concerns on the site.
  • Coordinate the requisition, issuance and the timely delivery of required materials on site.
  • Ensure all materials are approved by the submittals and tests before installation.
  • Daily supervision of the labor force on site.
  • Plan the work and efficiently organize site resources in order to meet the agreed budget and the deadlines.
  • Responsible for the timely delivery and the best of quality of work being done.
  • Keep and maintain the daily project log book and prepare weekly project status reports as required.
  • Implement health and safety rules and regulations on site
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • With at least 5 year of experience in construction industry.
  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer.
  • Background in Electrical and Mechanical works.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Strong supervision skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pro-active.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer Literate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month

  • Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
