We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer (or relevant title) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support across the organizations. This includes installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of various systems such as UPS, HVAC, BMS, CCTV, and more. The role involves regular on-site visits, technical evaluations, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support during on-site interventions.
  • Advise customers on best practices, new services, and potential upgrade opportunities.
  • Perform startup/commissioning activities for equipment across the Datashield product portfolio.
  • Carry out preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on a wide range of equipment.
  • Track and manage installed base (serviceable assets).
  • Submit and document opportunities detected during service interventions.

  • Provide support for serviceable Schneider equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical switchgear

  • HVAC/CRAC systems
  • UPS systems
  • PDUs, RPPs
  • BMS systems, PLCs, HMIs, Drives
  • Security systems, access control, CCTV
  • Fire alarm and suppression systems
  • Lead or support on-site execution of modernization, upgrades, and end-of-life activities.
  • Interpret technical documents such as blueprints, specifications, and service manuals.
  • Conduct basic audits and assessments of customers' electrical systems and equipment.
  • Complete and submit detailed technical reports after every site visit.
  • Obtain customer sign-off and confirmation post-service completion.
  • Accurately report time and expenses for each customer intervention on a daily basis.
  • Properly label, document, and return all defective parts after equipment repair.
  • Develop and recommend innovative solutions for complex technical issues during installations.
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or new product solutions based on customer needs.
  • Identify and relay potential sales opportunities beyond the current scope of work to the sales team.
  • Maintain constant communication with the planner/coordinator to ensure smooth job execution.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Field Service Technical Expert as needed.
  • Perform remote diagnostics and propose solutions where applicable.
  • Execute other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of relevant field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience in a related industry.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
  • Willing to be assign in Rosario, Pasig City
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Friday ( Saturday if necessary)
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
