We are seeking an energetic and highly experienced digital media savvy individual to accelerate the growth of our business in the Philippines. Our ideal candidate is a project manager with a strong eye for detail, has experience with working with influencers, able to optimise results, is resourceful and self-motivated to see a campaign from idea to fruition while working closely with the respective stakeholders.
The Campaign Manager is responsible for leading the execution and success of Clozette's campaigns through their leadership on campaign strategies, and building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with influencers, clients, partners, and internal staff members.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Outreach and coordination with content creators, media, and other third-party suppliers needed for campaigns.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate and arrange project-based partnerships with third-party suppliers, including influencers, media, and talent agencies.
- Handle logistics and end-to-end management and implementation of campaigns including coordination with clients, shipping of media kits, drafting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Work with the sales/ accounts team in campaign ideation and strategy.
Additional duties may be assigned depending on company or client requirements.

- Has good understanding of influencer marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Highly dynamic and results-driven with excellent negotiation and people skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in account management, events, project management, offline and online activations, influencer marketing, digital PR, social media analytics, and content marketing are preferred.
