The Assistant Sales Director/Head plays a crucial role in steering, managing, and improving the company's sales operations across both Digital and Branch channels. This role provides direct oversight of daily sales execution and ensures strong operational performance in designated regions and business units.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Implementation

  • Partner with the Sales Head in formulating quarterly and annual sales strategies, targets, and performance objectives.
  • Break down company-wide goals into actionable sales plans for regions, channels, and branches.
  • Review performance dashboards regularly and enforce timely interventions in lagging areas.
  • Lead the implementation of sales initiatives, incentive frameworks, and lead-management activities to support an efficient sales pipeline.

Operations Oversight

  • Manage multiple sales channels and continuously monitor the performance of Digital and Branch Sales teams.
  • For Branch Sales, coordinate closely with Area Managers to ensure consistent branch productivity and execution.
  • For Digital Sales, collaborate with Marketing to enhance online lead generation, conversion, and digital acquisition funnels.
  • Conduct random field audits and operational checks to ensure adherence to internal policies and responsible lending procedures.

Leadership & People Development

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership support to Area Managers and Digital Sales Managers to strengthen field leadership capabilities.
  • Participate in manpower planning, sales team development, and succession planning efforts within the sales structure.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Additional Duties

  • Work with other departments—particularly Marketing and Trade Relations—to implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned to support the overall mandate of the Sales Division.
  • College graduate of any 4-year course
  • 4 years and up related work experience in managerial capacity.
  • Customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills
  • Experience in handling people, processing loan documents and accounts. Experience in a financing /lending industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge in OFW and Seaman industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
