Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    Graduate of a technical course in electro-mechanical engineering technology or equivalent.
  • Certification:
    NC II in Mechatronics Servicing
  • Work Experience:
    At least 1–2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical works.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    Strong knowledge of construction equipment types, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
  • Location Requirement:
    Must be willing to work full-time on-site at San Fernando, Pampanga.

Job Summary:

The electro-mechanical technician is tasked with overseeing the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical wiring and cabling for various systems. They are responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of these systems through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Installation and Commissioning

  2. Install and commission industrial electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to conveyors, production lines, pumps, compressors, motors, and generators.

  3. Ensure systems are properly aligned, calibrated, and meet operational specifications and safety standards.

2. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

  • Identify signs of wear or damage and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and prevent equipment failure.

  • Troubleshooting and Repairs

  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic software.

  • Perform repairs on systems, components, and controls, including replacement of wiring, sensors, switches, bearings, belts, and other mechanical/electrical parts.

4. Inventory and Tool Management

  • Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to ensure readiness and availability for maintenance tasks.
  • Request replenishment of parts and materials when necessary.

5. Safety Compliance and Documentation

  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific electrical and mechanical standards.
