The Project Engineer leads the end-to-end execution of technical installations, from pre-installation site inspection to client turnover. They ensure accuracy, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Daily

  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Supervise active installations
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors
  • Handle on-site issues and adjust plans as needed

Weekly

  • Track and report installation progress
  • Document and archive installation photos and reports
  • Escalate issues that affect delivery timelines

Monthly

  • Review project efficiency and rework causes
  • Recommend improvements to planning and installation flow

Quarterly

  • Consolidate feedback from service and QA
  • Present site trends and risk points

Annually

  • Submit project summary performance reports
  • Propose tools, training, or improvements to reduce errors and costs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial)
  • 2–4 years in installation, construction, or project execution
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communicator, calm under pressure
  • Proven track record of completing client-facing technical projects
