Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and general HR administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates
- Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating with relevant teams
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with performance review processes and training coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payroll or benefits administration
- Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
