Job Summary
The Store Supervisor/Officer reports to District Manager. Oversee and accountable on the store management and operations. Engage in promoting and selling merchandise to customers. Strategize selling techniques to achieve and exceed sales target. Handle customer-related matters and facilitate store promotions. Execute administrative duties, opening and closing procedures. Act as General Manager of the Store.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesStore management - selling, front end & back end
Ensure that policies and standards are implemented
Accountable for store target achievement
Manage and control store expenses
Inventory management
Facilities and fixed assets management
Customer service management
People management
Training and development
Knowledgeable in store management & operation
With at least 3-5 years related experience as Store Head or Store Supervisor/Officer
With excellent supervisory, people management, interpersonal & communication skills, customer service-oriented
Willing to be assigned in department stores
