  • Drive sales growth
  • Manage all the controllable cost (electricity, consumables, headcount etc.)
  • Responsible on delivering great customer service
  • To train and brief team for new product launch and service standards
  • Responsible for product availability
  • Manage stores CA budget, sales, staff scheduling, management and development.
  • Manage and report on all store maintenance and cleanliness issues.
  • Manage all store communication and liaison with mall admin and third party service providers.
  • Liaise with other internal departments for supplies and other support services
  • Manage all store merchandising and displays.
  • Resolve customer complaints, inquires and feed backs.
  • Daily projection of production and ensuring high product quality.
  • To establish, execute and maintain best practices in the area of sales management, personnel development and store operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
