  • One to two years warehousing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Can start ASAP
  • Computer literate

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Saturday 8:00AM to 3:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of equipment, chemicals and other stocks in storage room.
  • Issue ERF to technicians for issuance of equipment & consumables prior to mobilization
  • Prepare and issue gatepasses
  • Check the actual return of items from sites for reconciliation w/ gatepass
  • Check and test the return items & equipment in the absence of technician
  • Responsible in monitoring of stocks and its ordering point
  • In charge in the Monthly inventory of Consumables
  • Preparation and packing of sites' requests
  • In charge of keeping the records such as ERF, gatepass, calibration Certificate and others.
  • See to it that all lockers and stock room are properly locked before leaving the office
  • Arranging and cleaning of storage room
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Superiors
  • Such other duties and function as maybe assigned by management within the capability of the incumbent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php14,500.00 per month
