
Administrative Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the design team to support project delivery
- Manage and process job cards in the Automation King management system
- Organise and coordinate external consultants and track their progress
- Complete necessary forms and site investigation checklists
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with effective time management
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of office administration and project coordination
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Good communication skills for coordinating with internal and external teams
Proficient With
- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and use Automation King or similar management systems
Experience Advantage
- Previous experience working with external consultants
- Background in construction, design, or related industries
- Familiarity with project management systems and documentation processes
