What You'll Do:

As an Accounting Staff at Extramind, you'll be a key player in supporting a variety of services for our clients, including: (depends on your client's needs where you'll be assigned)

  1. Transaction processing

  2. Tax preparation and filing

  3. Payroll and remittances processing

  4. Bank reconciliation

  5. Financial statement preparation

  6. Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable processing

  7. Business permit processing and more

You'll be involved in a range of exciting tasks, and as you grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop your skills. Our team will support you every step of the way

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any
    accounting-related
    field required, with at least 1–2 years of work experience handling U.S. clients.

  2. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of XERO or QuickBooks is a plus but not required. We'll train you

  4. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  7. Strong integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to manage work pressure.
