About the role

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team in Ermita, Manila City. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes. What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable on a regular basis
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Perform data entry and maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of any accounting-related issues
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
