The FM Engineers and FM Supervisors for both sites will be responsible and are capable of making on site maintenance decisions for both routine maintenance and urgent repair works. The Engineers and Supervisors that will be appointed will also have vast experience in delivering maintenance services and shall be versed with the spares and materials required. They will also have adequate training in dealing with locators in the highest professionalism possible. The Engineers and Supervisors will be the focal point for the service delivery. They will be responsible for support the Sr. FM and FM by coordinating and communicating with all the stakeholders involved with the operation for the delivery of the services.

Job description

  1. In charge of scheduling of daily, weekly and monthly operation and maintenance activity
  2. Responsible in monitoring on a daily/weekly/monthly operations & maintenance activities and plan for manpower requirement accordingly
  3. Check and review daily of engineers and/ facility supervisors
  4. Ensure availability & suitability of As- built plans & OIM as needed and in assistance with FM /Chief Engineer
  5. Regularly check and maintain the inventory of stocks.
  6. Organize subcontractors for Facilities Management jobs
  7. Manage procurement related coordination with supplier and assigned procurement for material delivery at sites within set budgets.
  8. Assist and secure quotation on specific jobs with accredited suppliers.
  9. Work with FM / Chief Engineer to manage and organize critical spare parts, fast moving parts organize stocks and spares for routine and breakdown calls.
  10. Monitor and follow up purchase request and verify the purchased items are correct per requested specification.
  11. Coordinate with FM operations on daily FM operations monitoring, scheduling, and deployment of relievers during manpower shortages on site.
  12. Record attendance & timesheets for all staff at sites and submit for further processing.
  13. Function as escalation point for any unsettled open issues or complaints from clients and document / record all cases.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

  1. Graduate of Registered licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  2. With at least two (2) – three (3) years of experience in building engineering operations related to property management (office, retail, and residential)
  3. With existing government mandated licenses and certifications (i.e., PCO, BOSH, OSH Practitioner, etc..)  is an advantage

Knowledge

  1. Property and/or Building Operation, Maintenance, and Management
  2. Familiar in Applicable Engineering Codes and Standards

Skills

  1. Good communication skills.

  3. Record keeping skills.
  4. People management skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task
