About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Continuously update your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
