About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Representative to join our team at ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' in Quezon City, Metro Manila.   • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
