About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join our growing global team. In this role, you will craft compelling, brand-aligned content for leading health and lifestyle brands, helping to shape and amplify their voice across multiple channels. You will be responsible for producing high-quality copy that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and performance initiatives across global markets. This role collaborates closely with the Content Team in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

Copywriting & Content Development

· Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, product pages, banners, brochures, and internal documents.

· Craft blog posts, product descriptions, web pages, and promotional content that drive both user engagement and conversion.

Brand & Editorial Consistency

· Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across different platforms and regions.

· Adapt tone and style to suit different audiences, campaign objectives, and content formats.

SEO Content Strategy

· Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking in organic search results.

· Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements (titles, headers, meta descriptions), and structure content for featured snippets and search intent.

· Regularly update and refresh existing content to maintain search performance and accuracy.

· Learn and apply advanced SEO copywriting techniques through hands-on projects and mentorship.

Research & Ideation

· Research industry trends and relevant topics to create informative, well-sourced, and credible content.

· Support content planning by contributing ideas to editorial calendars and campaign strategies.

Team Collaboration

· Work closely with the senior copywriter, content manager, and regional marketing teams to align messaging with campaign goals and brand direction.

Quality Control

· Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is grammatically correct, brand-aligned, and error-free.

· Uphold quality and accuracy standards across all content deliverables.

General Support

· Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities deemed necessary by the manager to support team objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

● Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

● 3+ years proven experience as a copywriter in the marketing field with strong portfolio displaying a range of writing styles.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

● Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.

● Fluency in English is necessary.

● Experience working with international teams is a plus.

● Experience in growth stage company or fast-paced environment is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
