  • Responsible for the periodic transactions for fixed asset, fixed asset creation, capitalizing CIPs, depreciation, fully depreciated fixed asset, retirement, disposal and sale of fixed asset and compliance with policies, internal &external audit and other government requirements.
  • Responsible for Fixed Asset tagging and Inventory , count and reconciliation of fixed asset in Plants, Stores and department.
  • Prepare Reconciliation and Rollforward Monthly.
  • Fixed Assets Masterlist Monthly/Lapsing Schedule
  • Support Fixed Asset Team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of B.S. Accountancy or any related course
  • Knowledgeable and with experience in Fixed Asset and General Accounting.
  • Proficient In MS office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Proficient in MYOB, AX and SAP.
  • Willing to do field work, work during holidays and do out-of-town assignment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
