Tasks:

  • Provides administrative support with Title Transfer and liaising at RLC Residences- Legal Department.
  • Manage client interactions (call/ walk-in transactions and written correspondences)
  • Respond to client's queries, requests, and concerns.
  • Inform/ give updates relative to title transfer status and/ or documents for compliance as may be required by concerned government agencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year Course (Preferably Office Administration or Public Administration Graduate).
  • Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft applications and be able to multi-task
  • S/he must be computer literate, can multi-task, and has good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent is an advantage.
