What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the daily activities of the inventory management process, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
  2. Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory
  3. Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components
  4. Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
  5. Analyse inventory data and generate reports to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  6. Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, such as discrepancies, damages, or obsolete stock

  7. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry best practices

  8. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including inventory control, forecasting, and logistics

  9. Proficient in using inventory management software and data analysis tools
  10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address inventory-related issues
  11. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements
  13. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
