Key Responsibilities:

Employee Healthcare & Medical Assistance:


• Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees.


• Assist employees with medical concerns and facilitate referrals to hospitals or clinics when necessary.


• Monitor and manage work-related injuries and illnesses.


• Administer prescribed medications and vaccinations as needed.

Health & Wellness Programs:


• Organize health awareness programs, vaccinations, and wellness campaigns.


• Conduct routine health check-ups and assessments.


• Educate employees on healthy lifestyle practices and workplace safety.

Occupational Health & Safety Compliance:


• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety policies.


• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.


• Conduct health risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.


• Support the company in complying with government-mandated health standards and requirements.

Administrative Duties:


• Maintain an accurate inventory of medical supplies and equipment.


• Prepare medical reports and documentation for management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Open to newly NLE passers, are welcome to apply.
  • With OSH training, Red Cross certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.
