What You'll Do in This Role

Be part of our client's team as a Tier 1 Technical Support Agent, helping automotive dealers worldwide optimize their CRM systems with AI. You'll troubleshoot issues, guide clients in maximizing integrations, and deliver timely solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Need to Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service (automotive industry a plus)
  • Familiarity with automotive CRM software (e.g., DealerSocket, CDK Global) and AI applications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a basic understanding of software integrations, APIs, and data flow
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies

What You'll Be Handling Daily

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance related to automotive CRM software and AI integrations via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, providing timely solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with the implementation, configuration, and optimization of AI tools within their automotive CRM systems.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system to maintain a clear record of support activities.
  • Collaborate with the development and engineering teams to escalate unresolved issues and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Provide demonstrations and training to customers on optimal usage of AI features and CRM functionalities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, automotive technologies, and CRM best practices to enhance your support capacity.
  • Identify patterns in customer inquiries to contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support materials.
