We're looking for a creative and analytical AI Prompt Engineer (UGC) who can craft engaging, high-quality prompts to generate compelling user-generated content using AI tools. This role involves developing, testing, and refining prompts to produce human-like, brand-aligned content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and video scripts.

The ideal candidate has a mix of creativity, technical understanding of AI tools, and strong communication skills. You'll collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure outputs meet performance goals and resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and manage AI prompts for generating user-generated content (UGC), including text, captions, and scripts.
  • Develop content concepts aligned with brand tone and audience engagement goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce AI-assisted posts, visuals, and video ideas.
  • Continuously test, evaluate, and refine prompts to improve quality and consistency of AI-generated output.
  • Research trends in AI tools, generative content, and digital storytelling to enhance workflow.
  • Analyze and document prompt performance, adjusting for tone, clarity, and engagement.
  • Maintain ethical standards in AI-generated content, ensuring authenticity and originality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, AI-driven tools, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, HeyGen, or Runway ML.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and natural language processing basics.
  • Familiarity with UGC content creation, short-form video scripting, and social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Excellent command of written English with an eye for tone, flow, and audience appeal.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving AI technologies.
