About the role
As an Expense Management Specialist at RCL REGIONAL OPERATING HEADQUARTERS', you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the company's expenses across its operations in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse expense reports and invoices to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise spending
- Implement and monitor expense management policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Process expense reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide guidance and training to employees on expense management best practices
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve expense-related issues
- Prepare detailed expense reports and analytics to support financial decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes in expense management
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an expense management or accounting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using expense management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and expense management best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
