DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Monitoring of Fixed Assets and Supplies inventory and the purchasing of new material according to the company requirements or branch budget.

  2. Sourcing of possible local suppliers and endorse for accreditation in vendor relations.

  3. Monitors end to end asset transfer from Warehouse to designated location based on the FAS standard turnaround time or set deadline.

  4. Ensure general maintenance and upkeep of office facilities

  5. Proper Disposition of old items / obsolete items.

  6. Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Graduate in Business or equivalent business experience


• With at least 1 to 2 years' experience supervisory function in Admin Department


• Proficient in MS Office Application
