What You'll Do

Execute System, Integration, Functional, and Regression Testing

Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Perform
API testing
and validate service behaviors using tools like Postman or similar

Support
basic automation testing
activities when needed

Validate defects, perform root cause analysis, and prepare Test Summary Reports

Review and guide Junior QA Analysts

Ensure alignment with SDLC, QA standards, and CMMI practices

Collaborate with Developers, BAs, PMs, and QA teams on test execution and issue resolution

Participate in continuous process improvements and testing best practices


What We're Looking For

3–4 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing


Intermediate API Testing skills
(Postman, Swagger, REST/SOAP validation)


Basic Automation Testing skills
(Selenium, Java, Python, or similar is a plus)

Strong ability to write & execute test cases and test scripts

Experience creating Master Test Plans

Solid understanding of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile) and QA methodologies

Knowledge of test design techniques, QA tools, and testing standards

Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in documentation

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Flexible with shifting schedules and willing to travel if needed
