EDUCATION:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology,

Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and

procedures.

2. Participate in the execution of test plans, including manual and automated tests, to

identify defects and ensure the quality of products and services.

3. Help document quality assurance activities and maintain records of testing,

inspection, and other quality-related data.

4. Collaborate with the development and production teams to identify and resolve

quality issues.

5. Support the preparation of reports on quality metrics, challenges, and improvements.

6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance

processes.

7. Contribute to the review of quality standards, regulations, and practices to remain

compliant with industry and legal requirements.

4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Proficient in Project Management Tool (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Notion) is a plus

7. Proficient in Google Suite Tools (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Chats, Meets, Calendar) is a

plus.

KNOWLEDGE:

1. Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.

2. Familiarity with software development life cycles and quality standards (e.g., ISO

9001) is a plus.

3. Knowledge of programming or scripting languages and automation tools is

advantageous for technology-related quality assurance roles.
