Who are we?
Future Glow Philippines (FG PH) is a beauty brand builder and omni-channel distributor of health, beauty, and wellness products. It is the legacy of Do Day Dream Philippines and an offshoot founded by a group of beauty industry executives and entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a passionate Creatives Manager under Creatives team who will handle our well-known brands in Health pillar.
What will you do?
1.Branding Guidelines and Visual Identity:
- Develop comprehensive branding guidelines for the brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's vision.
- Define and maintain the visual identity to uphold brand standards across all creative elements.
2.Campaign Conceptualization and Design:
- Curate campaign mood boards that encapsulate the desired brand atmosphere and messaging.
- Oversee the creation of key visuals, ensuring they resonate with the campaign's objectives and brand identity.
- Take charge of photoshoot management, overseeing planning, execution, and coordination to ensure a seamless and successful process. Shoot UGC content when needed.
- Create comprehensive guidelines for brand shoots conducted by the In-House Production Manager, providing clear direction and standards for consistent and high-quality results.
3.Packaging Design and Innovation:
- Drive changes in packaging design, leveraging creativity to enhance product visibility and brand recognition.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement packaging innovations that align with brand strategy.
4.Agency Collaboration and Asset Evaluation:
- Provide expert commentary on agency-generated creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with external agencies, and other department's creative output for the brand, offering guidance and feedback to enhance the quality and impact of creative deliverables.
5.Asset Creation Split and Quality Assurance:
- Delegate creative assets creation between the CD, CA, and CI (Creatives Intern, if any).
- Ensure the quality and consistency of creative assets by conducting rigorous quality assurance checks.
Qualifications
- Has a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience multimedia design and content creation, with a focus on beauty, health, or consumer brands.
- Proficiency in multimedia design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining branding guidelines.
- Strong conceptualization and design skills for campaign development.
- Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
