As the Head of Transformation specializing in software development for kiosk machines and expanded products. Responsible for playing a pivotal role in leading the software engineering team to create innovative solutions that drive the next generation of interactive experiences. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of software development, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that our products maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities

● Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define the software development roadmap aligned with business objectIves and market trends.

● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

● Product Development: Drive the development of software solutions for kiosk machines and expanded products, including user interface design, functionality implementation, and system integration.

● Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards and testing procedures to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our software products.

● Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, conducting research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineering, product management, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.

● Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively to ensure Amely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

● Compliance & Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices in software development, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, finance, and retail.

● Compliance with e-tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.

● Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's

degree preferred.

● Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, NodeJS, Python, or JavaScript, as well as experience with software development frameworks and tools.

● Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.

● Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.

● Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Proven experience (10 years) in software development, with a focus on embedded systems and/or interactive kiosk machines.
