Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with a focus on structural work in construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC principles and standards specific to structural work.
  • Proficiency in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and design documents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, construction standards, and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Applicant must also allow the employer to use STE points for the duration of employment.
