We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. The role involves performing administrative and operational tasks, assisting with sales-related activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties to support daily operations.
  • Assist with sales transactions and related documentation.
  • Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Deliver quality customer service and maintain good client relationships.
  • Apply product knowledge in addressing client needs.
  • Support operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform multitasking responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or undergraduate.
  • Vocational course related to the job is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and office processes.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing client support.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong product knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
