  • Supports the sales team in achieving targets by effectively executing sales plans and programs.
  • Assists in acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Conducts telemarketing activities to generate leads and identify potential clients.
  • Helps in prospecting and profiling new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Provides regular updates to clients regarding new products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Assists in negotiations, preparation of contracts, and sales packages for both prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinates and participates in product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Prepares quotations, processes orders, and ensures timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Prepares after-sales visit reports to document client feedback, requests, and future needs.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Preferably a graduate in Sales Management.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in retail sales is an advantage but not required.
  • Computer literate. (MS WORD, EXCEL, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and basic knowledge of client management.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite/office based.
