  • Provide troubleshooting for issues such as payment problems or internet connectivity.
  • Sales Assistance:
  • Explain the features and benefits of telecom products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell products, guiding customers through the sales process.
  • Assist in lead generation and customer relationship development.
