We're searching for a Sales Assistant who's ready to rock the real estate world with us. If you're passionate and driven, we want you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

  • Facilitate and assist our Brokers with their property queries

  • Prepare and draft real estate documents such as contracts, offers, and agreements

  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings and client meetings

  • Present properties to potential buyers and negotiate terms

effectively

  • Work both in the office and in the field

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  2. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

  3. Strong capability to understand and address clients' needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

  4. Ability to coordinate and attend property viewings and meetings with clients.

  5. Proficiency in drafting real estate documents, including contracts and offers.

  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  8. Capability to handle both office and field work.
