We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Centralized Services Specialist well-versed in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies. This role requires an individual capable of managing a wide range of administrative and technical tasks to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure and services.

The position involves overnight shifts, catering to our international clientele and operational needs. Work Arrangement: Permanent Work from HomeShift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PHTAbout the JobKey Responsibilities:Proactively handle tickets related to server hardware and firmware maintenance.

Manage backup solutions, including Veeam and cloud backups. Monitor alerts and perform remediation tasks. Execute overnight project work, including:Email migrations using Proofpoint.

SOC/MDR implementations. Desktop profile migrations for Entra ID.Microsoft 365 and SharePoint migrations. Utilize RMM tools, preferably NinjaOne, to automate recurring problems through scripting (PowerShell, etc.).

Respond to security incidents, perform remediation, or escalate issues as needed. Your QualificationRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. Proficient in Entra ID, Active Directory, and management of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.

Experience with server maintenance and backup management. Proficient in using RMM tools, ideally NinjaOne, and scripting for automation. Familiarity with PSA ticketing systems such as ConnectWise or Halo is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively during overnight shifts. Desirable Skills:Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior staff. Ability to be a team lead for centralized services.
