Job Description:

  • Prepare overall company budget
  • Computation of project financial metrics
  • Prepare monthly financial estimates and rolling forecast
  • Monitor project and departmental budgets
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis of actual versus budget
  • Financial statement analysis
  • Assist Project Development team in feasibility studies and other project related concerns
  • Prepare and monitor project P&L
  • Prepares monthly cash flow and cash flow projection
  • Monitor insurance and contract renewals
  • Other duties and analysis that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, or its equivalent
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Aggregate of 4-5 years of experience in finance and accounting with, at least, 2 years of experience handling budget and financial planning.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skill
  • Well versed in financial statement preparation and projections
  • Good oral and written communication skill
  • SAP experience is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Real estate accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills
