The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure effective and efficient operation within the department where the employee is assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of 4-year course in Business Management
  • Experience in administrative task is an advantage
  • Basic accounting experience
  • Highly organized and efficient in administrative function
  • MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Can start immediately
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
