Responsibilities
1.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the business plan for FlexOffice Philippines Inc.,
- Collaborate with the BOD to set strategic goals, including market entry, revenue targets and brand positioning in the Philippine market.
- Monitor market trends and propose adjustments to the business strategy.
2.
Project Management
- Oversee the setup of the joint venture, ensuring all milestones (e.g., SEC registration, office setup, product launch by January 2026) are met on time and within budget
- Coordinate with departments (F&A, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, HR & Admin, Product Category) to ensure alignment of tasks (e.g., SEC filing by July 2025, first shipment by December 2025).
- Track project progress using tools like Trello or Asana and report to the BOD monthly, using Gantt charts and dashboards

Operational Management
- Manage day-to-day operations, including office and warehouse setup, staffing and supply chain logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations (SEC, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) in coordination with F&A and HR & Admin.
- Supervise the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets (e.g., contracts with 5–10 schools, e-commerce sales on Lazada/Shopee).

Financial Oversight
- Work with F&A to manage the budget and ensure cost efficiency.
- Approve expenditures and report financial performance to the BOD.
- Support F&A in setting up banking and tax systems (BIR registration, TIN).
5.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between TLG, the Philippine partner, and the BOD.
- Represent the company in negotiations with key clients and partners (warehouse providers, e-commerce platforms…).
- Attend General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to present progress and strategic plans.
6.
Team Leadership
- Lead the recruitment and training of key staff (e.g., Sales Manager, Warehouse Staff) in coordination with HR & Admin.
- Foster a collaborative culture aligned with TLG's values, ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Conduct performance evaluations for the Board of Management (BOM, e.g., Sales Manager) and report to the BOD.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage cross-functional teams (F&A, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Product Category).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) and financial oversight (budgeting, cost control).
- Understanding of Philippine business regulations (SEC, BIR, labor laws).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in FMCG, office supplies, or retail industries.
- Proven track record in managing business operations in the Philippines or Southeast Asia
- Experience in project management, ideally for market entry or startup operations.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (e.g., project launch by January 2026).
- Cultural adaptability to align with TLG's Vietnamese corporate culture and the Philippine market.
