Job Opportunity: General Office Staff (Inventory & Document Control)

Location: Davao City

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable General Office Staff who will be primarily responsible for inventory management and general document control. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst or Document Controller and is capable of operating both 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled vehicles when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and coordinate replenishment.
  • Organize, file, and manage physical and digital documents.
  • Ensure all documents are properly archived and easily retrievable.
  • Assist in general office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support field operations by driving company vehicles when required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst or Document Controller.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license for both motorcycles and cars.
  • Willing to perform fieldwork when needed.
