Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. The role will focus on monitoring bin cards, inventory movements, and stock records to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and experienced in inventory-related accounting tasks;
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and update bin cards regularly to match physical and system inventory;
- Monitor stock movements (issuances, receipts, transfers) and ensure accurate recording;
- Conduct periodic inventory count and reconciliation with warehouse staff;
- Assist in preparing inventory and accounting reports;
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding discrepancies;
- Maintain organized records for audit and reporting purposes;
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course;
- With at least 1 year of experience in accounting or inventory management;
- Knowledgeable in bin card monitoring and inventory processes;
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy;
- Willing to work on-site and coordinate with warehouse operations;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php510.00 per day
